Programmes
IMPACT! - is a new Mentoring Programme which attracts funding from the Department for Employment and Learning’s (DEL) Bursary Scheme.
IMPACT! – enables your organisation to measure business performance improvement via focused one to one mentoring of owners/managers and other senior executives of high growth potential SMEs.
IMPACT! – is delivered by a team who have enjoyed success both as mentors and senior managers who empathise with participants having faced similar business challenges themselves.
High Performance Team – this intensive workshop is designed to help participants establish success criteria; separate technical work from managerial work; and, identify the key management activities essential to the growth and success of their organisation. Its primary objective is to act as a force for cohesion – uniting and binding managers/directors together as a team.
Essential Toolbox for Managers - coaching is a business skill that any competent manager can acquire. Its effect on your bottom line can be dramatic, producing on average a return on investment of six times its cost. Coaching uses questioning techniques to stimulate staff to identify their strengths and weaknesses, and helps staff identify find their own solutions and actions. This session gives managers the essential skills necessary to introduce a coaching culture to their organization.
Letting People Go – this is never an easy matter for managers to address. However, this session removes the element of emotion from the process. It gives managers a clear insight to underperformance and provides a check-list to work against.
FAST Coaching – this programme is designed to unlock each manager’s potential to maximise their own performance. It will give them a competitive edge by inducting them into the core skills of coaching and is structured around the FAST Coaching Model. Every manager carries assumptions about their staff. Melanie will help managers break through their misconceptions and prejudices by asking the right questions and listening to the answers. This in turn will show them how to get the most from their team.
Motivation – most individuals operate at around 40% of their actual potential, so even an incremental increase in motivation can bring about massive improvements in productivity. This session examines what motivation is, and reveals how managers can learn to impart it. This will help them to resolve the age-old dilemma of trying to keep good staff, while at the same time pushing them to achieve results.

•What do we want to achieve with coaching?
•How will we know that change has been achieved?
•Are we prepared to make available the staff time and the resources necessary to achieve our coaching goals?
•Who will be affected by this coaching, and how will they react to it?
