Originally from South Africa and now based in Northern Ireland, Melanie’s coaching and mentoring skills are used by individuals, SMEs and national corporations throughout the UK and Ireland. Her role is to help clients identify and focus on their priorities, overcome negative beliefs, gain confidence and improve performance in their private and public lives.

In all her work, Melanie’s aim is to enable the best in people to surface, so that they can realise their full potential, achieve personal and professional success and, in so doing, enjoy life’s rich experiences.
